On Monday in Shelby County, Tennessee probate court, Michael Oher filed a petition “to remove the conservatorship Sean and Leigh Anne Tuohy control over him.”
Oher was famously the subject of the 2009 Oscar-winning film “The Blind Side” which was based on the book written by acclaimed author Michael Lewis.
He alleges that the Tuohys used their position “as conservators to strike a deal
