After years of investigating the business practices of the Trump Organization, New York Attorney General Letitia James filed a lawsuit against former President Donald Trump, his three eldest children and the Trump Organization for fraud.
The civil lawsuit, filed Wednesday in State Supreme Court in Manhattan, seeks to make Trump pay $250 million in fines, ban the family from operating any New York businesses
