Gotytom Gebreslase of Ethiopia Wins Women’s World Championship Marathon

Judith Korir of Kenya won silver, and Lonah Chemtai Salpeter of Israel won bronze. All three medalists bested the world championship marathon record time set by Paula Radcliffe in 2005.
