Douglas K. Uhde, the suspect who allegedly killed retired judge John Roemer on Friday, targeted other high-profile government officials as well, including Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer. Local news reports Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell and Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers were also on the suspect’s list.
