Graham must testify in Ga. probe of effort to overturn 2020 election, judge rules

Sen. Lindsey O. Graham (R-S.C.) cited three reasons in seeking to quash the subpoena. The judge rejected all three and said, “The court finds that the District Attorney has shown extraordinary circumstances and a special need for Senator Graham’s testimony.”
