Democrats and Republicans are spending millions on ads in New Hampshire, trying to influence the outcome of the Sept. 13 GOP primary to pick a challenger to Sen. Maggie Hassan (D). A PAC affiliated with Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) also plans to spend $23 million against Hassan.
